It reads the unique identifi- cation number stored on your cat’s microchip that your vet has implanted in your animal. Whenever your cat passes under the porch of the cat flap, the system scans the unique number and, if that number matches the number already programmed in for that cat, it will unlock the cat flap and allow the animal to enter. Up to 31 microchips can be programmed. Compatible with all microchips 9, 10 or 15 digits. Operates on mains supply or 9V batteries. In case of shutdown, the microchip code remains recorded. Spare slot for emergency battery. Magnetic closing system against air flows. The outside part is an antenna and a light sensor. It pre- vents rain from going in the house. 4 MODES : - NORMAL : entrance/exit allowed for all registered animals. - NIGHT : entrance allowed during the night but exit allowed only after sun rise.
